Sign Up To Vote - Didn't Get a Ballot? - Let Us Know Here
Our last election at the Shybary Grand - in September of '06 did not follow California's mandatory HOA election rules and a board consisting of the developer and two family members was put in place. We are hopeful that our next election will follow California Laws, allowing every homeowner to vote. If the board does not send a ballot to every homeowner, we will chase it down to make sure it happens.
