Barry Shy Sues Homeowners |
| The first homeowner named in this lawsuit has absolutely nothing to do with this website. That fact alone suggests this lawsuit to be meritless, at the very least. So much so that this suit has drawn the attention of an amazing organization called The First Amendment Project. This is a team of attorneys who travel around California defending people whom businesses and corporations are attempting to squash by abusing the legal system to intimidate them out of speaking freely and asking questions. This website exists to pry open the channels of communication necessary to improve our building. Conventional methods of communication have not worked. We would like the developer to address our issues. And we don't think suing us is going to make those issues go away. In fact, it adds more issues and more public interest in what's going on over here at the Shybary Grand. True Downtown stands by its facts. The complaint below, that's another story. |
